These include eCommerce development, website hosting, SSL certificates, regular updates, 24/7 live chat support, security, integrations, transaction and gateway fees, local SEO, the $100 daily sweepstakes, and purchase intent traffic. All services are bundled to ensure seamless restaurant operations without needing multiple vendors or added expenses.

Additional usage is billed at $0.05 per call minute or SMS, $0.16 per AI segment, and $0.01 per email. All websites, domain names, advertising accounts, custom audiences, affiliate programs, social media accounts, AI-powered CRM and training, landing pages, images, targeting, copy, ads, information guides, phone numbers, newsletters, training documents, scripts, reports, and any other materials, systems, offer brand names, technology, or distribution channels, deployed, shared, created, or used during this agreement shall remain the exclusive property of Clickgrub, regardless of any input or contribution from the Client in their development. The inquiries, sales, orders, appointments, reservations, opportunities, and customer database generated as part of our system will always be owned exclusively by the Client.
