All websites, domain names, advertising accounts, custom audiences, affiliate programs, social media accounts, AI-powered CRM and training, landing pages, images, targeting, copy, ads, information guides, phone numbers, newsletters, training documents, scripts, reports, and any other materials, systems, offer brand names, technology, or distribution channels, deployed, shared, created, or used during this agreement shall remain the exclusive property of Clickgrub, regardless of any input or contribution from the Client in their development. The inquiries, sales, orders, appointments, reservations, opportunities, and customer database generated as part of our system will always be owned exclusively by the Client.
